The term 'coli militant' is similar to 'armchair activist' it is not meant to do anything but degrade posters on The Coli who type a big game but when it comes to actually doing something, they don't. They tweet, they post messages, but do nothing...kinda like Azalia Banks. The term 'militants' is used ironically and I wouldn't use it for most posters. Just the try hards and the do nothings.
