Yea, hiphop artists dont goto producers like Alex Da Kidd, or the Smeezingtons to not go top 40. And Magic was produced by Dr. Luke so I dont know what Rosenburg was lying when he said he didnt just run to "Dr. Luke" for a top40 hit.

But Ebro is the biggest program director in the country...he literally decides what makes it on the air n what doesn't. If anybody understands the limitations artists face when making records that are packaged for radio , it's him. He knows damn well records have to fit a certain criteria to b put into rotation so why grill BOB when he's just playing the game? Maybe Ebro should start putting more variety on hot 97.
