The truth is, i think this incident was a good thing not just for russell but for the rest of the youngins recording every dang thing all the time. Put ya cameras down for a minute my goodness. Russell just may have had to take that bullet for all of the youngins from his era.
After a report published Tuesday night made this a public story, Russell decided to apologize.
“I am sick,” Russell told The Vertical Wednesday. “I am sorry about recording the video. I can’t repeat myself enough on that: I am sorry I recorded that video. I feel horrible. I wish this never happened.”
Russell, the No. 2 overall pick in last year’s draft, says he has “no idea” how the video became public and says he and Young mess around a lot.
“I apologize for recording that video. I never intentionally wanted to hurt anyone. I never wanted what was said in there to get out. It was my fault that it did, but that was never intentional.
“The thing is, we record ourselves doing dumb stuff all the time,” Russell told The Vertical. “On the road or home, wherever. We go back and watch what we did and said and laugh at ourselves. I guess I just never thought that these pranks we pull on ourselves could have bigger consequences. That was a big lesson I learned.
“I’ve said to myself over and over: What could anyone possibly gain by intentionally doing something that could hurt someone else’s relationship? I never wanted to hurt anyone. I’m sorry for it.”

Nick young didnt realize he was joking around and playing with a millenial. They have no chill when it comes to taping you and themselves doing something illegal, immoral, etc, etc. They will even voluntarily post their own mishaps and not just the funny stuff. the bad stuff too. i've seen it too many times. i've come to realize the era they are from is crazy to anyone over 28. There's a certain level of privacy and "dont record this" that you automatically have when you dont come from this era. this era for the most part does not have that at all. they have no filter. I bet you a milli that some 19 or 20 year old at that brussell's airport when the bombs went off were recording post bomb footage. as long as someone of that age was there and still alive walking around with a phone. as scared as they may have been. i bet you they were taping it.
