exactly..go look at what they were saying when miami was 9-10 LeGM first year
go look at what they were saying when miami lost to philly on opening night to MCW rookie year...."the heat arn't the same anymore, lebron n dwayne wade have fell off, look philly is a threat in the east to win to all"
go look at what they were saying when cavs were 19-20

its crazy
I think the Cavs are the best team in the East, and SHOULD be a lock to win the East. Even then, I still think LBJ has lost a step, and it could effect them in the Finals against an OKC or Spurs squad. Especially a healthy OKC team with a younger, angrier and healthier Durant and Westbrook. They're prime for avenging that 2012 defeat. Westbrook vs Kyrie, Durant vs LBJ, I think OKC has the edge. And those Heat teams were simply GREAT. Wade from 2010-2012 was better and more reliable than Kyrie is now. Bosh was better then, than Love is now. Bosh and Wade were better defenders than Kyrie and Love. As was 2012 LBJ vs LBJ now. So the comparisons to those Heat teams are kinda difficult.

I expected a much better game out of these two teams. Kenny and Reggie were annoying as fukk tonight especially Reggie. Both teams will be fine in the long run, Bron didn't look too good tonight and if this issue with his back is gonna be an ongoing problem they better hope Kyrie & Love stay healthy. He got 25 but it was a difficult 25.

Good points. I think this Cleveland squad is deeper though.

Cleveland has something those heat teams did not. They have size to help with rebounding. They run a conventional defense so no running around traping nonsense and they are not too heavy and actually have depth.

Don't thing OKC makes it to the finals. There coach is a rookie head coach.

Kerr and Blatt were both rookie coaches. But Kerr had been around in the league for years as a player and executive with the suns. Blatt had coached professionally in Europe and is was considered arguably the best basketball coach in the world that was not in the NBA. Plus most of all Blatt had Lebron who can take any coach to the finals. shyt Curry daughter could have been the Cleveland coach and they would have still gone to the finals.

Usually agree with your points, but is it oochie wally or one mic? Donovan has two of the top 5 players on the planet, who just need to stay healthy and he can most definitely win a title in his first year like Kerr did.

Sorry have to disagree with you there homie. Donovan knows nothing about the pro game and like I said Lebron has proven he can take anyone and I mean anyone go the finals. One and me can leave the coli right now and coach Lebron and the Cavs to the finals as long as Lebron is healthy come playoff time.

I remember as a kid one of the Bulls championship runs that they started 0-2 or 0-3 (I believe it was 1991 and all the sports folks were acting like it was the end of the world and the team needed to make trades.

Then when the Bulls won the whole thing that same season the media acted like they always knew they would end up in the finals and win the whole thing. That was then even as a kid I knew folks were stone nuts when it came to sports and we're talking out their asses most of the time.

Yeah, it was 1990-1991 (they started 0-3 after home losses to the 76ers and Celtics and a road loss to the Bullets)
