Bad Boy own the master. They can release it.

No, it was recorded for Ready 2 Die on a Bad Boy master.

Unless Diddy has paperwork, he's probably not going to bother. Whoever runs the estate now will guaranteed have their hands in his pockets to try to release it.

He does. He owns it legally. It was a guest appearance from 2Pac; Amaru doesn't own them.

This is why the likes of Bone Thugs, Death Row, Live Squad, etc. have put certain tracks out without hassle.

It wasn't recorded for Bad Boy at all, it was recorded for 2Pac's 'Thug Life Volume 1' project but got scrapped with all the other Biggie featured tracks when they fell out. 2Pac's estate owns it in addition to it being produced by Easy Mo Bee he said he would release it eventually as all the vocal artists on the record are all dead, 2Pac, Biggie and Stretch.:mindblown:

prettu sure it was for ready to die cuz bad boy owned thr rights when they did the joe hooker remix that was cut off born again for some dumb reason

Easy Mo Bee owns the master as he produced it and said it in an online interview (i think vlad) that he will release it fully remastered on one of his future albums.

Post the source. I doubt he has the master and I doubt he even produced it.
