Had a "friend" try to rape me. I nevwr saw it coming coz we had been friends for over a year and it was always completely platonic on my part.

Seemed convinced that he was inlove with me. Who the fk would try to rape someone they "love".

He still triedd to date me after the incident, didn't seem to grasp our friendship was over.

Learnt the scary way. Try not to be with any man in an isolated place. And i kept resisting probably why he didn't go through with it. He would would have had to kill me if he had raped me coz next stop would be the police...

Also I think he thougt I would just resist a bit then give in or something. Just sat there on the bed staring at me and then tried to act like nothing had happened. All i kept thinking was even if I make it out the door I will never make it past his dogs or his locked gate.... yes we were in his bedroom coz i had slept over many times and we just hung out like friends, i was young and dumb....

Till that day I had never realised how much stronger men are than women. If he had decided to beat me up or just rape me there would have been nothing I could have done to resist him.

Im 5'11 so I'm not small, unfortunately not strong either.
