We really aren't equal at all on this note. He doesn't talk about how he prepares for any of this. Or if he has I've missed it. You can have a fasting routine that can help but here's the issue....he uploads a lot...like heavy frequency. Some other folks who do this upload very infrequently. If for no other reason than to give their body a break.
Make zero mistake....this kind of thing is abuse. The time when humans have had access to large amounts of food and drink is very very new on the evolutionary scale. 100 years ago people mostly ate what they grew on farms. Eating out was a luxury many couldn't afford.
