When I shave my head I just use a combination of Balding clippers, alcohol, and non bump stuff you can pick up at walmart. Works wonders for me, been doing it for over a decade now.
To my newly bald brothers never go places that ur gonna be outdoors for a long time without a hat or that sun will make you pay a price

Naw as someone who gets a baldie. My barber does a similar routine and you know what it's worth it.
I'm coming up on year 10 of bald life. I can only recall one period of time where I had bumps and it was like 2-3 week period. That breh in the videois just susceptible to ingrown hairs and/or needs to clean his head after shaving.
My routine has always been shaving with a razor (Target disposable razors, Schick Quattro, etc) and sensitive skin gel shaving cream with the grain. Then using witch hazel to clean my head after shaving. I use shea butter for moisturizing/sheen and then black girl sunscreen. Dab some smell goods from FBO (@BronxBomber) and then I'm good to go
I also recommend going to an esthetician every once in a while. Well worth the cost

Man I'll never pay a barber to cut my head. Complete waste of money for me. I also have very sensitive skin as balding clippers are my only option. Tried to cut close one time and got a bunch of ingrown hairs on my head... Never again. Luckily there was no scarring or anything from that ordeal.

Yep and before shaving. Brehs don’t realize your hair has oil and dirt from the day. I found it’s best to pre wash and then shave. Has two effects, cleans the scalp and hair, and softens the hair making it easier to cut. The pre routine is the first step in prevention
