I think that reality hit them that PG was likely staying put and Lebron wasn't going nowhere. The only other main targets could be CP3 (who looks like he's loving Houston) and Cousins who I wouldn't want to touch after that injury.

I'm still pissed cuz Magic said he wouldn't have made the trade if he didn't feel he could sign 2 max guys and now he's backtracking .

This is the only reason I am not upset yet, he has been pretty bad for Nets, but the trade was still useless. We would still have Kuzma and Hart. Hopefully they learned their lesson from D'lo trade knowing not to trade assets too early without being 100% sure.

Doughboy has had his issues, but in the end I will always have liked to play this season out with him on the squad

This. Show me a 3rd year player without flaws. I damn sure would rather have him at the 2 spot instead of KCP. If you didn't like the way he fit with Zo then you could've move him at the deadline
