Even if Magic/Pelinka decide they aren't confident in getting 2 FA's, do we really want to resign Randle next summer? At the moment it doesn't seem worth it, might as well flip him.

I dont want to get rid of Nance though, fukk that. I think he should be starting right now actually over Randle and Kuzma. Kuz is great but I gotta see him play well for months before he starts. Nance deserves a shot with Lopez imo.

Over on Reddit and Lakersground they ready to ship both Randle and Nance off so Kuzma can start. Kid has played well in I'm summer league and preseason but se of the fanbase are starting to overhype him.

They said it was just summer league, let's see how he does when he's not playing against future insurance agents. Now it doesn't count because it's just the preseason

Against the Wolves he got buckets on KAT, Gibson, and Wiggins.
Against the Nuggets he scored with Jokic, Millsap, Faried, and Hernangomez checking him.

Why would we need to get rid of Randle during the season in order to sign two max free agents in the summer? He'll be a free agent, we can just let him walk, don't match whatever contract he signs with another team, and his contract will not be on the books next year.

This is his 3rd season so it was 2 seasons. And he averaged 18 and 5 after all star. Hes more than likely going to breakout in Brooklyn this year. Not mad at the trade tho because he was never going to breakout as a laker
