It seems as though they've backtracked on the Balor Club. Maybe not meant to be a stable, but just gonna be what his fanbase is called? Anyways, there is a huge opportunity for a great storyline here, although I disagree with debuting Balor heel, think about this....

-Usos and Anderson/Gallows neutralize each other
-Reigns and Styles down each other in the ring
-Balor debuts as announcers hype he used to be with "The Club"
-2 Sweet salutes towards AJ and sets up for Reigns as both recover to their feet
-Downs AJ and leaves ring, Reigns does smug "hey I'll take it" and retains with pin

-AJ comes out with Anderson/Gallows as they question why their boy would betray them
-Balor explains that AJ tried to take the club away from him in Japan, and that he was always the true leader
-Anderson/Gallows attack AJ, and the Balor Club is born.
Would be a nice setup to AJ/Balor feud. But post your ideas? I mean probably they will have Reigns win clean on AJ and Balor debuts in a Tyler Breeze squash match on Raw in a 5 minute segment just to get his cool entrance in..
