Most of my family is in Baltimore and I use to come out there every summer. Well Im over this high ass cali rent and looking to relocate. Im looking to buy a house. What are the ideal areas with a balance of price point and logistics. Would like to be close to hipster area or boutique shops , arts district. Plus the cannabis scene seems to be growing.
