How does he know? Its all about how you present your case. I think he is just saying this because its the norm, and he wants to be right. A good lawyer can easily prove their case in this instance. The fact that Freddy Gray was locked up when he didn't do anything to warrant it, is how she can make a case for her other charges. Why do you think the police, and their followers are going crazy over the knife? Its because that is the most important piece of the case.
