The riots ruined tourism, police corruption, too much disperity in wealth especially between blacks and whites, murder rate, failure to attract business owners, corruption in govt, lack of job opportunities, food deserts, etc.

Johns Hopkins is the only thing the city has going for it. Other than that Issa wrap.

:comeon: That doesn’t help anyone but the people who own the freight and the freighters. You saw what happened to Detroit when they relied on one industry for their whole economy.
The auto industry and the port are two different things. One of the things that did the auto industry in was foreign cars

Those cars get here by boat :heh:

The port has been at the heart of this city for longer than Detroit has existed and it’s not going anywhere. Plus it employs mad city workers to this day

Nope. We still got one of the busiest ports in the country
"We had" one if the busiest ports.

After the Panama canal expansion things are changing, look at Savannah, Norfolk, Charleston. And the now dead CEO of CSX said he wasn't expanding one of your tunnels for double stacked containers out if the city.

Are you staying in Baltimore currently?
Sometimes I’m transient but more often than not. shyts kinda wack all around culturally too, no flex, women ratchet, food trash outside of seafood (Sunny’s aight but shyt be shutdown cause health code), and there’s no money to be made. It’s not a good look at all. Can’t even get into real estate cause Johns Hopkins owns half the city. It’s gonna be a wrap soon I’m callin it.
