THIS is the GOAT broke nikka meal. You spending too much on that shytty food, and probably looking :flabbynsick:. Switch to these and you can make portions to last for days at a time, feel good, and get a good variety of vitamins and minerals.

No sauce?
Rarely. I typically boil 3 servings worth of pasta in water with sea salt( to flavor the pasta as it boils)for 8 minutes to get a firmer al dente.
Next, usually season the chicken with

and other spices, then sautee that in butter and olive oil (fats are good for you.)
When the chicken is done on the outside, toss in broccoli and let it soak in the butter, oil, and chicken fat, and toss it with the pasta at the end. The chicken is usually cubed, and the spices and butter/oil give more than enough flavor on top of the pasta. I rarely use sauce, but if I do, its homemade.
