Maybe I'm biased but I don't hear any shocking comments in the video. I see a couple cacs on facebook posting that this is some massive expose of how Obama really feels but...he hasn't hidden any of this. The book has been out since 1995, it was read by tons of people, republican operatives already combed through it looking for things to attack Obama on, etc. His answers to questions are also pretty Obama-esque, down to the language. "Better angels of our nature; hopeful about Americans; Americans are decent people; etc." He says that shyt all the time to this day.
Even the thing about his grandma...remember in his race speech he mentioned that she clutched her purse when walking past black men on the street.
My only takeaway is that
1. Many conservative cacs believe any discussion of race=playing the race card=racism. They want to pretend like racism would die if black people would just stop talking about it, therefore black people are the real racists since they keep racism alive.
2. Cacs are mad about Frank Marshall Davis. Obama never hid the fact that he knew the man, he's even in the damn book. But of course cacs gonna be cacs...
