Obama has signed an amendment to an executive order that would allow him to order the apprehension and detention of ordinary Americans that show signs of respiratory issues.

But at the same time he's flying in doctors from foreign countries with ebola into the country for research purposes. Why not do it on a military ship based in the ocean or in a level four containment laboratory which is used to protect the public from certain types of chemical warfare agents that's a couple miles underground.

It seems as if the government is deliberately bringing people to this country with deadly diseases such as ebola.
Why would you sign legislation to detain people that show signs of respiratory issues then turn around and bring in foreigners into country with ebola? Maybe he wants to cause a situation to where mass detainment of people who show signs of respiratory problems.
