He makes a great point. Alot of the newer generation doesn't respect the older legends as much as they should
They paved the way for what the NBA has become

Some of the young players think they can talk out the side of their neck at these legends :hhh:
shyt, I was born in 1990, and I made sure I knew all about my legends from 1960 till now

Side note

Shaq on his period AGAIN :mjlol:

The old generation always on some back in my day shyt, they don't respect young players either.

It's the same thing in hip-hop for example Lil Yachty vs. Joe Budden really you see it in all aspects of life in general how much flack do "milennials" get from the older generation.

Millenials are the most self absorbed generation ever

Not all their fault. If u grew up in the social media era it's hard not to have an inflated sense of self worth
Yeah, unlike the totally selfless gen x-ers, the yuppies of the 80s, and the oh so grounded baby boomers :stopitslime:

It doesn't have anything at all to do with a generational disconnect. The question was stupid. Barkley has been denigrating the Warriors for 3 years now, and is associated with another former player who has targeted one of Dray's teammates. Of course he gave an emphatic no. Not to mention their games bear zero resemblance. One dude is a once in a lifetime athletic freak who dominated around the paint. The other dude is an all world defender who can step outside and hit the 3. The only similarity is they are both shyt-talkers. So?

Legends of 1960? :what:

:mjlol:

Everybody doesn't need or deserve recognition like that.

Jackie Robinson, Bill Russell etc. get the :salute:

But not some random player who just played back in the day :6FraudCamby:

These old dudes sound entitled trying to talk about entitlement :6FraudCamby:

It's always been like that. Dudes like Oscar and Wilt openly stated and thought their era was better than the era of Bird/Magic and the 80's guys thought their era was better than the 90's, Jordan era.
