You know I was just thinking something similar while watching some old clips of Stone Cold right before WM14. Austin had such a badass aura that it was believable that he could square up with not just any boxer, but MIKE fukkING TYSON. No one on the current roster looks or feels like they could square up with even current day Larry Holmes.
Austin's alpha energy is STILL completely off the charts even in his mid 50s and out of the game for 16 years.

The thing about Stroman..when Lesnar punched him after the accidental knee or whatever it was..he should of tried to take Lesnar's head off as soon as they came through the curtain. There ain't no fukking way Lashley is gonna let anyone punch him in the head like that and get away with it. Neither would Shelton, prime Taker...Savage? Who knows what he would of done. Probably would take a brick to Lesnar's head.

Strongly disagree, WWE just make them look like hoes.

I would throw in Bray Wyatt as well, he had his gimmick down pat and really felt believable as some neckbeard hillbilly cult leader. Fire entrance song, crowd participation with the firefly thing. "Follow the buzzards" then WWE juts fukked that up too and I see that now he has some stupid kid's show segment?
