That's why nobody took the story line or the movies seriously until Nolan came along. All of the old batman flicks were campy and over the top goofy.

Jason Bourne, Ethan Hunt, Jack Bauer, James Bond, Jack Reacher, would all kick Batman's ass. For all those gagets and gizmo's He wasn't shyt without Morgan Freeman. His butler saved him in Batman Begins, how many important people did the Joker kill in TDK.... I mean he couldn't even save his girl.

Jason Bourne would've kicked Bane's ass head to head yet Batman needed help. Take away the money and he's just a cac that knows a little judo.

It's going to be very interesting to see how they use his character when paired up with superman. It's not even gonna look right in live action. Which is why they pushed it back a year.

Dudes are still Mad at that Nolan Trilogy.

Tim Burton made 2 Great Batman Films, they went great with eachother.. I was with Batman Forever by Joel ShoeMaker at 1st but I will admit that I was eventually a Fan of that Movie too. Batman & Robin was then what would have been known now as a Trolling Movie if Batman.

Gadgets, The Suit, The Vehichles are all a Big Part of being Batman so he could Complete his Missions. It's just in his Persona to be equipped with the latest Technology. His Fighting Style Varies with many Styles so he can hold his own against a Worthy Opponent like Jason Bourne.

The Death of Rachel Dawes was just a part of TDK that needed to happen to make The Joker such a Big Target for Batman and The MCU because she was Harvey Dent's Girl in the Public Eye of Gotham. This was just a depiction if these Characters. Burton had Batman putting his Cape on for Vicky Vale and many other Comics/Cartoons have Wonder Woman as his Love Interest.

Batman isn't Super to most Lames but nonetheless, He's a Hero.

If you think any of those dudes can take on Bats (gadgets or none) then you obviously don't know much about the character. You strike me as someone who only knows Batman through the movies and nothing else
