yup cuz in 9 years he hasn't yielded ONE competant offense. and ultimately that falls on him. cuz he is the one who's vouching for these coordinators who are vouching for the likes of webb, carimi,and chris williams.

The Bears have NEVER had a competent offense as long as I've been watching them, and that goes back way before Lovie even got here. It's like this team prioritizes defense over anything else. Lovie has produced with the talent he has. The only times he didn't was when we were injury riddled and maybe his first season or two.

So who would you replace him with? Gruden?
