Outside of Bryant where's the talent at the skill positions now?
-Truthfully I don't even know what Gruden is thinking in all of this. His window was right now with the team he inherited before the season started. He just had to add his so-called much ballyhooed "winning coaching expertise & formula" to the mix. But he chose to tear it all down to rubble and then yell out "what it really means to be a Raider' in interviews. Yet he literally had those players he's dreaming upon already in the fold. Outside of Brady and the Pats that build a team from scratch and have a 4-6 year dynasty run, like how Dallas did with Aikman, Emmit, Mike Irving, are pretty over with in the NFL. Everybody said the Panthers would be in consecutive/numerous Super Bowls with that one magical year but haven't been back since. Gruden' gotta think forward and not backward. Might be too late tho
