I agree with Daylyt but on the flipside. Kendrick knew son don't write and knew all of this bullshyt surrounding Drake and still chose to engage. So it's on him. The Cole shyt is a different story. I fully believe he realized the goofy turn shyt was taking and backed out.
You gotta stop making excuses for Fold. There was nothing wrong with his diss other than the fact it was light as hell and it wouldn't have been a drop of blood spilled over scathing bars such as "your first shyt was classic, your last shyt was tragic"
All he had to do was drop it and shut the fukk up, ironically exactly how Kendrick is doing

Thus far I haven't seen anything goofy or serious enough to necessitate Cole dropping out. And I felt like the AI shyt was goofy....but not "let me hit eject" levels of goofy.
I'm sure at some point some behind the scenes shyt will be revealed, and it might even possibly make Cole's decision seem wise in retrospect. But as of right now I can't fathom what that could possibly be.

Imagine the narrative. People were fukkin with that bullshyt diss (myself included) cause it had a nice lil bop and it was a cool lil jab. We all assumed he had more in the tuck just waiting on a reply first but look at the landscape now. nikkas would've been saying Kenny ducking Cole and Drake instead of just Drake.
Everything changed when he folded. Like Drake album, nothing was the same. I fukked with Fold more than Drake and Kenny to be honest so this really hurts to admit but it is what it is. All he had to do was drop it and shut the fukk up.

Cole dropped out cause he realized it ain't about rap. All of these nikkas getting together planning to diss Drake. Drake having real issues with Kendrick and bringing personal shyt into it. Son just said he not gonna be part of the circus. Being that out of everyone. He's the only one who doesn't have problems with anyone.
