I dont even like dude, but nikkas like you in here talkin bout he turned down 10 mil cuz he wanted 20. like what nikka wouldnt try to increase his value? the nikka and his agent talked with the coach, thats why he re-signed, who the fukk want to ride the bench when they are at free agency? so agreeing with a guy wanting to bet on himself is caping? fukkboii in here dap fishin
this is not true, not if you are resting your starters. if anything its his fault for not know who Thibs is. Wiggins, Towns, and Butler lead the league in minutes. The Wolves starting 5 plays about 15-20 more GAMES when comparing minutes with other starters in the league. Crawford isnt happy with his minutes either. They legit have 3 guys playing 18 minutes that could be playing 25. but let em cook. they wont go far in the playoffs. already one of the worst 4th quarter teams heading to the playoffs. his minutes went down from around 20 each of the last 2 years to less than 10 and they have less wings now then then, only Butler who they loaded down with minutes.

Wasn't he just wasting in the wind as a free agent last summer until he went back to Minny with his tail between his legs? He's about to be in the G-League or overseas.
Is he that bad? I've seen him play against the warriors a couple times and he looked pretty good. An instant offense off the bench kinda player.
I dont even want to sound like I am a Bazz fan, I was just saying he wants out of Minny because he isnt getting the chance to earn a contract, similar situation to what Okafor was in. He shot 46% from the field in 20 minutes of play in 16 and 48% in 19 mpg last year. he isnt a great 3 point shooter but he is an energy guy and instant offense. he wasnt going to get $20 mil but he likely couldve gotten more than the 10 mil had continued to get the playing time.
lets change gears here a minute, because as time goes on you are going to see threads complaining about Thibs more and more. forget about Bazz. Dieng went from playing 27mpg and 32mpg his last 2 years respectively down to 18mpg. Thibs doesnt spread minutes out like that. he has a more than capable bench and Bazz isnt going to be the only one unhappy after they get bounces from the playoffs.
again, not from what I have read. he turned down offer from the Lakers, Bucks and some other teams. they were 1 or 2 year deals and he thought it would be better to come back and play well on a playoff team then try the market again to secure a long term deal. he had gotten his weight down and was in great shape. he was an instant offense guy that shot 48% from the field. he got benched. I am not sayin it was right or wrong but he wants the opportunity to prove himself worthy and he thought that he would get that going in to the season, so thats why he took less money to come back. so I wouldnt say he came crawling back to take a $1.6 mil deal from a team that offered him $10 mil and he couldve went to other teams for 1 year and made $8-10 mil.

Idk breh...it's not looking good for him. Maybe if he gets bought out than maybe he can latch on to a playoff team that can use some wing help, but this may be his last chance. I don't know why he thought it would be a good idea to go back to Minny (if he had any other options) when they barely played him last year and had just acquired Jimmy Butler.
he played 19mpg last year. he was hoping for that or more because he worked hard in the offseason. he said if it was going to be a 1 year deal why not just do it in Minny? him and his agent talked to Thibs before making that decision. yeah, I aint sayin he didnt fukk up. he prob shouldve went somewhere else but I think he wanted to stay in Minny, possibly long term, he just wanted more than $10 mil. his situation is similar to what Noel's may end up being. Noel turned down $70 mil from Mavs, but Cuban still eyeing signing Noel to a long term deal. the difference is, Noel is still playing and Bazz isnt. it behooves a team to feature a guy like that so you CAN get something for him in a trade. but now he is scrapheap status.

right, this is partly his fault, but to be fair, him and his agent talked to Thibs before re-signing. also, he played 19mpg last year and 20mpg the year before. he knew he was coming off the bench, he wasnt asking to start, but he thought he would get 20-25mpg because he worked hard in the offseason to try and look good to earn a deal. yet he comes back to play 10mpg.
Minny isnt going anywhere with Thibs, period because he runs his starters in the ground. also, D'Antoni better not fold up postseason and let it stand out that he really is only going to play 8 guys.
