But unfortunately I gotta go the lead foreman job cause he is this country azz white dude who is terrified to discipline his workforce which is now 60% temps..

Now I have to play MEDIATOR in a Samuel Jackson form cause the foreman is scary.. The engineers are even scarier. .So that leaves me as the OG BROTHER to have to talk to them

DUDE everyday of these guys life is like one big dramatic movie......

everytime somebody MYSTERIOUSLY DOESN'T SHOW UP (no call in) I have to check the local police blotter in the newspaper or online

they come from a temporary service that gives them 12.50 an hour to do these long hours 10 hour days and at times quite dangerous.....

that's why I try to stay here and uplift them cause it will pay off...they jump from that pay to 21.00 an hour once they get fully trained and certified after 90 days..
