This is just the first time he's used it when referencing a Black wrestler.

And plus he immediately addressed the suspension not being a racism issue. So why would he make an overt racist comment and in the next breath betray his point?

I might be exaggerating my statement, but Austin was complaining about tag team wrestling during the Edge and Christian Podcast on Network, and when EandC tried to big up New Day, Austin looked unimpressed, and quickly changed subjects.
