I do to my detriment and I need to rethink that system because it has led to nothing.

Theoretically, no. I owe the mortgage/ bill companies & banks that holds my car titles, etc. I also have a wife so we corroborate in order to make things work together.

Career-wise, hobby-wise, money-wise, general life shyt, YES! No one tells me what I am going to do and that includes the wife.

This in particular strikes me as the eternal problem of being true to yourself, true to your own nature. When we consider that the problem more fully, though we must recognize that each of us humans are by nature both a member of society and an individual. Living as a hermit is a rarity of all human lifestyles. Soin a sense being to ourselves implies more--------than merely being true to our individual nature, but also implies being true to our own social nature.
