But make no mistake about it.....the fans LOVE him more than anyone from the Kliq. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. His name being brought up in a certain context leads to heat for Michaels every single time.
Some of it is your compilation of skills and some of it is your body of work. That's how I view it.
He's put on so many classics with so many guys. The whole Austin feud alone is enough to put him up there. He was also the first to physically attack McMahon during his 97stage.
I'm biased because 97 Hart Foundation era is probably my favourite ever, but the dude gave a lot to the business and I wouldn't argue anyone putting him top 5.
