I agree, but this is different because CNN could lose sponsors if people are allowed to anything they want. So I'm OK with both the usage of the word, and the reprimand.
This. Everyone's about to cause a big uproar about what he said as opposed to the context he used it and forget all about the person he was actually calling out.
