They played a lot of Major Figgaz out here when their project was coming together.

Was hard to tell who was who, but eventually we found out that the standout rappers were named Gillie and Ab.

Damn! Naming Last Emperor and Pretty Ugly in the same post, I was a big fan of both as a teen. Never knew they had that buzz, I'm from the other side of the world though. Happy to hear others also appreciated them

I can act, rap and fukk while you act like you fuxking rap :whew:
Everyone in Philly LOOOOOOVED PU. And know he had a crazy buzz in NYC too, and worldwide attention off GTA. He signed with Stretch though, which sidelined him as far as major moves, but kept him getting placements. But, he kept getting booked after that.

You ever heard this:
"Don't let these ninjas get you hype and turn this ish to a fight,
I ain't your weight nor height, I usually shoot at your type..."

Oh, and R.I.P. Mars Co-Op. He passed away over the weekend. Had one of the best verses in '96. Set the track off beautifully on "Clones".
