I got the dreaded letter from the Philadelphia Parking Authority yesterday. Watching the video on their site shows me making a right turn on red when it wasn't allowed in the intersection. Anybody have any experience fighting these? I read that the ticket has to be post marked 30 days or less after the violation, mine was postmarked 33 days after the violation occurred. If i dont pay it, can it affect my license? Also, can they put a warrant out for me? It is a $100 fine and i dont think it puts points on my license. Any helpful input appreciated.
