Just came across this when doing some research on gentrification in NYC. Have any of you watched this? They were uploaded to youtube in January

Old Brooklyn is dead. Uptown Manhattan is changing as well.

Queens and The Bronx are were the minorities are flocking to out in NYC. Many are moving to Jersey.

Are you from bk? When would you say this all began to take place? I saw that there were many blacks that lived in nice rowhouses/brownstones. Were they once affordable for working families?

lowkey alot of gentrifiers in Harlem and Bedstuy are black....as well as many landlords in BedStuy
