Why do Nigerians look down on other Africans but not cacs ?

Anyway, Nigeria is definitely underachieving in proportion to the resources at their disposal, so I don't know what exactly some of y'all are looking down at

But like I said most of nikkas Nigerian so I know those type of nikkas are a loud minority.

i'll be honest, if you're talking about in Nigeria... we dont really talk about oyibos (cacs) at all. Its not something we discuss like that.
