From my own experience..

You seem to have had strong feelings for this women since you at one point you had thoughts of marriage. Three months is still early and it’s common to have times where you do wish you can go back to when the times were good..but since you on some “fukk that bytch” clearly their were times where shyt wasn’t what it was all cracked up to be but of course you’re not thinking like that becomes your in a space that is still unfamiliar..so you’re just clinging on to when it was all good.

Around the six month mark is usually when I’m 90%+ back to my original self. Just continue focusing on improving yourself and never allow her to see you moving backwards. Time heals all wounds. Don’t be surprised to hear from her once you are 100% back to yourself. The universe has a strange way of working things out.
