The Amish are honestly an amazing group of people... muhfukkas like to clown em but watch a barn raising or barn moving video?
FUKK THAT -- here you go

All that "On Code" talk... nah, they really bout it
He doesn't make videos anymore but there was a really brilliant brother I used to watch, Black Outkast Media Broadcast-- check him out sometime. He had a video talking about the Amish explained how they have some right of passage, I forget the name but the shyt sounded German. Basically: you get a chance once you're 18 or so to go out and experience the world and all it has to offer and have to make a decision. Do you want that, or do you want this?

The people that wanted 'this' are moving that barn above :wow: Say what you want, but they're on to something.

Are they the only Christians that follow the Bible 100%?

They don't mix fabrics, are pacifists etc

It’s real in the sense that they are actually from Amish communities, but some of them left before the show, and they were already living normal lives. They just make fake stories for the show.

In the first season, two of them acted like they just met, but were already together, and had a kid.

But the black ones who got adopted were the most interesting.

I was fortunate to have a field trip to Lancaster PA and we actually stayed in an Amish house and learned how to make Amish pretzels. No electricity and the house was hot as shyt.

I think the girls were learning how to churn butter. Felt like I walked into the 1650s.

It was coo and surprisingly we were well behaved because it was like bizzaro land so we were all intrigued.

They used to come through my suburbs once a year when I was growing up.

Pennsylvania Amish Set. They came through deep too. Horses and buggy’s. Women dressed up like the Handmaids Tale

The furniture they made and sold was legit. Some of the best crafted shyt I have ever seen

Same here breh. Took the family to Lancaster trying to find out if the Amish Mafia was really a thing :patrice:We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves though. It was a trip seeing those buggies on the road. Low-key, I had some of the best lemondade and ice cream I've ever enjoyed. All home-made. I didn't realize it at the time but I read the Amish make a mean fried chicken too :eat:Breh in the video in for a real treat :pachaha:Something to be said for them maintaining their lifestyle in this hedonistic world. I was advised to avoid going there during the summer though due to the unpleasant smells emanating from that community.
