My mind is mush from studying all day and I'm in the mood to do something stupidly mindless. So I'm going go to post a few interesting optical illusions.

Beginning with my favorite.

The Ebbinghaus Illusion.

The orange dots are the same size.

Do you see flickering dots at the intersection of lines?

Interesting thing about this one called the Muller-lyer illusion. They tested this illusion out on Khoisan peoples in Africa and they immediately knew the middle line in both pictures were the same length. Yet, westerners have a hard time telling the difference. I have lost touch with the motherland on this one

Each of the grey lines here are exactly parallel to one another. It is not as off-center as it seems
