Being accused of being a cac needs to be serious.

These are my suggestions, if y'all rock with them cool, if not it is what it is.

I think it'd only be right that the accused should have to show proof of their blackness, and if proven black they get verified with a black power fist by their name, and if they don't prove they're black and have been using the word nikka they should be banned for a time you guys think is appropriate. Also, if blackness is proved, the person that accused the person of being a cac should catch some ban time.
