And dont even get me started on Family group chats in WhatsApp. Especially among caribbean people. That's straight up abuse of WhatsApp server resources. WhatsApp should start charging island people to tone the shyt down. My family has a group chat in Haiti that is SUPER annoying. I muted the shyt. I was on an Antillais facebook group with a bunch of Guadeloupeans, Haitians and Martiniquans. Basically all the french/kreyol speaking islands. I swear these fukkas start a new group chat daily with about 100+ people on it and it's not like they delete or abandon the ones started days before either.
And aint shyt serious being discussed either. Just pure antillais fukkery in kreyon on blast. Half the time you may not understand some of the shyt because certain words are used differently on different islands

I love being added to random group texts and chats, because they normally drop information that I use/record whilst I just NEVER talk. Like not once. You gotta put it on mute, though, especially if there's alot of chatty patty folk in it.

Like there are times when me and some friends are organizing something together and we start a chat fr it and im cool with it.
Like this past weekend i went camping with 6 other friends of mine. Normally before we go we'll start a new group text with everyone thats going to coordinate things like carpool, who's cooking what, who's bringing what, and assigned tasks etc. That is fine with me becauce once said event is over we abandon the group text.

The one that is irking me right now is my boy in New York who texted me some dumb article about shyt i give zero fukks about. Something about a corrections officer being arrested for something. I just ignored the text and didnt even bother clicking on the link in it. Then the topic switched to College football players about to be allowed to get paid or something like that. Again i ignored the shyt.
I'm a professional at ignoring people, calls, and texts.
Then i got a text from an unknown number and looked at it...it was in the same chat. That's when i realized it was a fukking group chat this clown added me to

The two main group chats I'm with, is with folk I go out with from time to time, and we just in it so we can all be on the same page which you'd think would minimize the bullshyt that happens with plans to go out, but there's a solid amount of women in it who develop problems with each other or for some childish reason, afraid to say they can't go out tonite 'cause they got dikk appointments, but it's the big chats I'm usually lurking in.

Like we recently had one for this Hurricane Season and I got added, but as you said, once the main reason that warranted the chat passes, it's a free for all of bullshyt. Cause it went from the few people in the Hurricane department dropping information when the storms were passing, to old folk basically spamming the shyt with "Please save us Jesus!" memes and prayers and chainletters, now is just a bunch of fukkers "Reminiscing" about 2017's Hurricanes along with this highstrung holy roller who "Feels it's her place" to drop word about her prophecies since she claims that she was the first to call Hurricane Irma "The big one" and how she prophesized about The Bahamas getting fukked up at the start of the year. The funny thing about that shyt is that her original post about Bahamas was about the Hatians and Voodoo, so when I called her out on it, she started to ArtBarr the shyt out the chat so I had to mute that bytch.

I'm in another one that I got snuck into for my graduating year in school, but the fukked up thing is these the same fools that NEVER invited me to do ANYTHING They had going on, but made sure to include me once they started to doing fund raising shyt. What's even more fukked up is that there is a groupchat about THAT groupchat where all they do is complain about the people looking to boss shyt up and how they only added new members (Like myself) after discussing openly what we could help do. They got me down for money and building materials. These the same nikkas that pass me in the street and give me non committal waves. They can fukk themselves.
