6’1 in shoes but can’t dunk. I can grab rim but I can’t get that lift off my feet to finish. I don’t squat often and if I do I do it barefoot. Can I still grow an arch in my feet at 28 years of age with therapy or something?

No, dude. in fact, go to a foot doctor as SOON as possible. Do not end up like my mid 30s ass. Youre more than likely gonna have to get in soles and are unfortunately gonna have back and leg problems. You can minimize these problems if you see the doctors sooner. Dont wait til you start being in pain.

There's a few exercises you can do that will increase your vertical drastically especially if you're young and in shape. Do you have the heart tho, or are you a permanently gum shoe ass vlade divac ass motherfukker

If you was really about that hooping life you would have been walking around with ankle weights and randomly doing calf raises when you was middle school/high school age. You missed your window.

Yeah I used insoles in my shoes before, but I feel like they’re just for comfort. I want a more physical solution for my flat feet.
