We all know as a man being rich, physically attractive or having an attractive face makes your life a bit easier compared to those who aren’t. But wealth and looks are based mainly on luck.

One thing that isn’t based on luck is physical attractiveness. All you have to do is just hit the gym, eat right and 100% guaranteed to have that great physique. So why do so many men not having looks or wealth ignore the one thing they can easily get? :mindblown:

Even being only physically attractive can allow you to compete with the men who have the wealth and the looks but not the physique, not to mention make your life that little bit easier, so why not at least have 1/3 of that? :dahell:

So many fat men because this is a fat country. Its just too many obese and lazy men and women around. Folks also lack motivation or are overworked whereas they don't wanna make the time to exercise. Then, u got overweight and obese men who can still attract women so its less incentive.

If you're fat as a black man might as well sign that 3 decades early death certificate :mjcry:

We already get stressed to the max mentally no reason to do your physical the same way:mjcry:

From what I've seen working with middle aged people going thru depression being in shape is one thing that drive men to midlife crisis. Your body stops building muscle as fast and metabolism slows down making them lose that "fighting shape". The harder they try to maintain that body type the more stress put on the body causing injuries. Idk about young nikkas but for middle age and older it's almost a losing battle unless you dedicate your life to staying in shape

That means they're training too hard. I know alot of men in their 50s and 60s with abs and built like their in their 20s and 30s. Most of that is diet though I'll admit. Matter fact go to ANY developing country, or down south or old men in midwestern cities and you'll see men with old hard faces but with 6 and 8 packs like they're under 35.

I know how thecoli feels about mental health:russ::francis:
But a lot of people eat to deal with emotional feelings..
I was one for along time until I got sick two years ago..
    Since then(as of today)..
    I’ve lost 30 pounds(from 250 to about 220)..
Many times people feel they don’t have anything to live for..
So they trap themselves with undesirable bodies..
But the weird thing with that is, I’ve never had problems getting chicks..
    Now keeping them:mjlol:
But that was due to my low self esteem..
Then you also have to look at a brehs profession..
I know a truck driver, linesman, electrician,..
And their eating habits/sleep are shyt just due to the fact of them working hella hours and surviving off quick meals..
Then I know 9-5ers (tech, nurses, office workers) that eat cleaner because of those home delivery boxes..
I’m trying to get my blue collar brehs to lose weight with me but it’s them that have to want the change:yeshrug:
Plus a lot of these “healthy”stores are expensive as shyt..
Many people don’t have the funds to buy said food or transportation to get to certain stores..
I know thecoli looks at that as an excuse..
But it’s a reality for many in America..
I normally go to Asian grocery stores to get produce and certain proteins because of how cheap they are..
    Many people don’t know that..
It’s not such a black and white situation as many want to portray it as..
Humans are too damn complex for that..

I have to disagree. I'm on a cycling team with mostly 50 and 60 year old brothers. Fit AF, run marathons and cycle 100 miles without breaking a sweat. Its unreal.

The earlier you start in the gym and dieting the easier it is not to look :flabbynsick: by 50. You don't really need to diet alot you could fast and still look in decently good shape while still eating like shyt. But it's good to eating good and clean because all that junk food contributes to depression since your body isn't getting the proper nutrients.
