Told my boss "I don't work for CTA, I work here. If the train is late, I'm gonna be late. Im 15m early almost everyday when its on time so I don't need to leave any earlier to get here. If its late, there's nothing I can do to make a train go any faster."

Now someone may recall in a past thread that me and boss get into regularly and I'm "this" close to quitting when he knows he can't get someone to do my job as well as I do, for the price he's paying me. Because of that, I can say shyt like that but I wouldn't recommend it at all to anyone that doesn't have that professional leverage over your employer.
