I’ve seen it first hand working for different companies. As a manager for all of them, I tried to hire as many black people as I could. Trying to get a mid level management position is even harder.


It really depends on the industry tho. And it also depends on the location.

I also seen it first hand, when I was working as a manager.

They would literally hire damn near any white dude off the street, and put then in positions over actually QUALIFIED, PRODUCTIVE Black folks.

They would even have Black folks who were on the job for years, train the new white dudes, who would later be put in positions above them (Management).

Black Folks , we are the ONLY people who actually believe in "Fairness".

Every other group, gives a FUKK about "Fairness", especially if its between them or a Black Person.

If you are a black man with a felony and you can’t get it expunged do this:

Learn a trade, construction, electrical, hvac, landscaping.

Try and join a Union. They usually only check back 7 years max.

Do like the illegals and buy a new ss#

Start your own business.

These studies (if real) always have a objective. Good or bad. Then you take a so called "expert" and film them explaining it. All for propaganda and pushing agendas.

ANY one who really believes a white men with a felony is better off then a black man with out is beyond help.


This isn't a new study.

Do you take issue with the results/data? Or the methods?

It's true. You may have to jump through extra hoops, but once you land a job, you're pretty much set for life.
And once you get advanced degrees, you will be further cemented. Especially in tech where there is a low amount of people.

I strongly disagree with that, folks just don't understand what having a felony does to an individual and their opportunities , first of all in alot of states felons cant vote at all, their access to housing and employment is little to none. I agree that being black is seriously a disadvantaged position but comparing that to a felon is going too far! Just the fact that you cant vote and have your say on who represents you is a huge thing!

There so bitter i have a nice job with no criminal background.

if you black with a degree and cant get hired, your applying at the wrong places or are seriously lacking in other areas.

NO ONE IS HIRING A FELON OVER RACE IN 2023.

No doubt a criminal record will straight up disbar you from certain high paying fields where security is a concern but that is a control/variable thatvis independent of race.

15 years ago I met a white guy that committed cold blooded murder who did his time and came out of jail with a union job (steamfitter apprenticeship). shyt kind of blew my mind because I was really taken back how someone could have a record like that and not have any trouble finding employment.

But that's anecdotal. Do you think your anecdotal experience holds more weight than actual data? The methods are laid out in the study (I'd have to read it again to determine the exact jobs that they applied for).
