The issue of Marvin Lewis' future in Cincinnati really isn't much of an issue, as the Bengals have no plans to make a head coaching change at this time, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter.

I'm glad they're not taking a reactionary approach. It'd be taking the easy way out with the series of events that occurred.

Somebody said this on a ESPN thread and it makes perfect sense. " Marvin Lewis would make a great GM". I agree with that statement. He's great at finding talent and developing it. Just a future suggestion.
