I drink soda very sparingly. I used to be addicted to sugary drinks like most Americans. Changed by pallet and now all I drink is water.

I never smoked crack and never will but I would imagine it's much harder to give up than soda

This thread is right on time. I stopped drinking soda 2 weeks ago and started reading again to better myself. Since giving up soda colors like green and blue seem brighter. My attitude is a little better as well. Let it be know that I usually drink 1-2 liters of soda daily.

Sugar and cocaine give your brain the same high... and the only studies saying that sugar is perfectly fine for you are studies paid for by 'big sugar' and other corporations that make money off of all of that.

easiest and cheapest way to improve your health is to ditch soda,juice,etc and drink water instead

Probably 95% of my liquid intake is water

no coffee, maybe the occasional lemonade if I’m out.

I see guys at work early in the morning downing 2-3 mountain dews and energy drinks
