He's baffled because most politicians are passive aggressive, allowing some wiggle room, and the "journalist" to flirt with them to get what they're saying out of it. Bernie was just as direct and plain as day in his assertion, which I also believe to be a fact. It left the journalist dance empty, because he's a fukking drone.

I don't see what would be the controversy. Anyone who believes in Sanders, would have to likely know Trump is pathological. I would even think Hillary is brave enough to say that. If ANYONE at whatever outlet Comcast owns, did 3 hours of actually research on Trump, I don't see how they can't come up with the exact same conclusion. But if they want to paint Sanders as a bit of a knee-jerk absolutist, he gave them some opening to.
once there is a clear winner and leader the billionaire money stops flowing in and the ad campaign money stops flowing in
imagine if there was only one candidate for each party during the primaries, they would spend no money on ads in that period

True, which is also my main sticking point in talking to pepper who get disinformation and obfuscation from the "news" media. Still, I'm think Chuck wanted Trump to help Hillary attack Bernie, and trump just wasn't trying to go there, because to him, it's either punching downwards and/or opening Pandora's box, because they're getting voters from the same frustrated pools.
