Well black folks overwhelmingly are supporting Hilary, based on what? I have no idea. Hilary was polling better with black folks then Obama was for a while until Obama started winning primaries.

You should vote for him because he will address issues about income inequality, racial violence perpetrated by police, the prison industrial complex, the war on drugs, etc.

That was a very pro Bernie article but I'm not convinced. He's simply too far left for majority of the electorate. Imagine him on the national stage telling Americans how he wants to raise middle class taxes to pay for healthcare. Obama couldn't even raise it on the top 1%

People are actually very left leaning when it comes to policies. They might not say they are liberal but they overwhelmingly support liberal policies when asked in polls.

Medicare for all polls very well. The public option (before being gutted by the insurance companies) polls very well. It's a MYTH that America is a right leaning country. America is just racist which is why they reject the democrats eventhough they agree with liberal policies.

Democrats need to stop being scared to vote what they believe and argue for their policies. You'll be surprised how receptive Americans are with leftist policies when you don't p*ssy out.

Reagan was 69 when he took office. If he wins, Bernie would be 75. Life expectancy in the US is 78.74 years for males. There is a fair to good chance that he could die in office. That's what makes his VP pick so important (assuming he gets that far). That person may actually become an unelected president in our lifetimes.
