Bernie's chances if he would've ran as a 3rd party candidate?

North Jersey but I miss Cali :sadcam:
Would he have won?

He would've had the millennial vote on lock. But he would've had to have pull enough votes away from Hillary and Trump to have a legit chance.

He would've probably taken most if not all of Jill Steins supporters.

But I think if he thought he had a legit chance to win he would've ran.

No, 3rd party candidates doesn't get enough attention compared to the 2 big parties and it's very likely many of his potential voters would just go for Hillary :manny:

I think that will be the next wave. If the Republicans fukk things up this go around, people are going to want legit change and they means saying fukk both parties. The republican party was already fractured with the Tea Party movement. And now the democratic party is going to eventually go through the same thing.

The 2 big wigs have too much of a monopoly to really be bothered. At best, independent candidates will sway the votes from one of them. Sanders running as independent would just have made Trump's win easier.

He would've at least made it to the debates.

He would've also forced Hillary to do a lot more campaigning than she did :manny:

The corporate dem media would have tried to skewer him badly as "sexist" and "blocking history" and attempt a mass media blackout. He'd take part in the debates and win but he'd spilt too many votes with Hillary

Not a chance.

Trump would've still won (and by a greater margin), only Bernie would've taken the blame.
