:ohhh: I was just having this conversation, looking at foods that prevent stretch marks and yoga during pregnancy. I didn't go through all my years of trying to be healthy to let a baby make me fat :childplease: and having a stomach that looks like Zoidberg

tryna have a baby now... :noah: i'm gonna limit fats ...sugars and calories when i get pregnant. a lot of chicks blow up cos they eat crappy fatty food and then say "well i'm pregnant i can eat what i want..i'm eating for two :troll:"
FLASE. you still have to watch what you eat..cos recommended weight gain is only 30lbs. it's easy to go over that if you don't keep a strict diet.
also i'll keep swimming all the way to term. i'll only stop working out if my doctor orders it.

for stetch marks my sis did Vitamin E capsules broken open and rubbed on her stomach daily during and after pregnacy. she didn't get stretch marks.

not worried about getting "loose" either. that's what episiotomy's are for... bring it on. :bustback:

My wife hurting this pregnancy. Barely can walk and having mad contractions but not dilating enough.

She is 38 1/2 wks now :ooh:

Had contractions 3 mins apart strong as shyt but nothing happened :mad:
