Either Rob or Po.

And I say that because their debuts were both classic, and their best work too. Shyne basically did that album on his own while dealing with legal issues, with little input from Puff and the label. And Rob had been working on Life Story for years before it dropped, and people slept and dude dropped a classic that lifted Bad Boy. Ended up selling over a million copies too.

Listened to Life Story for the first time in many years a couple months back. Incredibly underrated album. Always thought it was crazy ironic that Lox left Bad Boy because they wasn't with the jiggy sound but Jada first two albums on Ruff Ryders was way more pop than Rob album and still sold less.

Shyne album is weird to me, feel like half is really good and half borderline unlistenable.

I still feel like LOX felt they had to do that. Puff said he wasn't making them make those records. And for the first time maybe ever, I believe him, lol. Because Dep, Rob and Shyne pretty much did whatever they wanted for their joints.

With Shyne's album, he had some weird sh*t on there mixed in with some really incredible sh*t. It was definitely a little weird, but dope.
