Probably beans. You can make lots of things with them and if you buy the bags in bulk, it lasts quite a while.
It's just a pain in the ass to cook them when they're raw.

Also, Top Ramen. I don't eat that stuff, but I've seen people buy packs of the noodles and throw away the flavor packets since they are unhealthy.

They have some food show on Netflix,.they did a special on ramen about how they eat it in Japan..the dude blended up some top ramen with stuff..put it in a tube and squeezed it and made a pasta meal out of it..
